Neighborhood Loans is a Chicago based residential mortgage company, and the parent company of Treadstone Funding. Every year the top performers of the sales team land themselves in the President's club and get rewarded with a trip for their hard work throughout the year.

 

Each year the location and theme changes. The destination for the 2025 President's Club trip was Puerto Rico, and the vibe was adventure & nostalgia.

The goal for our invitations for the trip are to wow to the sales team and set the stage for the week. This year's invite box was adorned with vintage travel inspired stickers, and included a retro viewfinder with a custom photo reel, as well as a folded invitation complete with hand drawn illustrations of the city and resort.
